How do I join?

Becoming an AjPHA member is easy! With the help of an adult, you can

• join online using a credit card.
• download the form. Print it out, fill it in, send it in! For tips on using Acrobat Reader go to the APHA Forms page.
• call (817) 834-2742 and request an application or start your membership immediately when you pay by credit card.
• request an application by e-mail.
• request an application by writing to:
